Below you will find important tournament information that is not included on the ITF Fact Sheet and we highly encourage you to read through everything to best prepare yourself for the event.

CREDENTIALS REGISTRATION

All qualifying and main draw participants are required to register through https://form.jotform.com/262495869843073 in order to provides us of a picture and name of player, coach and guests, to create the credentials you will be wearing during the tournament.

We will have a $5 entry fee for people without credentials.

HOTEL

Hospitality will be provided only for Main Draw players. To receive hospitality, you must stay at the tournament hotel Courtyard Houston Northwest. For reservations please go to https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1694030868295&key=GRP&app=resvlink

Full hospitality for the Pan American will be shared rooms. If you require a solo room, the tournament will be responsible for only half of the room cost and you will be responsible for the other half. Hospitality shall commence the evening before the first day of the Main Draw and end the day after the elimination of the player or the morning following the completion of the tournament, at the discretion of the tournament committee.

PLAYER SERVICES

The following services will be available to all tournament participants:

Racquet Stringing: Available at Giammalva Racquet Club’s Pro-Shop ($25 labor)

Physios/Athletic trainers: Available each day 30 minutes prior to the first match time until play is competed

Transportation: A shuttle will be available to transport players and coaches between the Courtyard Houston Northwest and Giammalva Racquet Club each day. (The transportation schedule will be published on https://giammalva.com/itf-w300-tournament-2026 at a later date).

Meals (Main Draw players only): Lunch and Dinner will be provided at Giammalva Racquet Club each day upon verification. Courtyard Houston Northwest hotel offers a complimentary breakfast to tournament participants (Qualifying and Main Draw).

Practice Courts: Court reservations will be First Come, First Serve with a timing of 30 min. per reservation. You can book your courts upon arrival at Giammalva Racquet Club’s Welcome Desk.

Restaurant: Giammalva Racquet Club’s Restaurant will be open daily for all public.
