Adaptive Functional Training is a customized fitness class focusing on movements that reflect sports and everyday activities. It suits all fitness levels and aims to boost performance, improve movement, and lower injury risk.
When: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 11:00 am - 11:30 am
Cost: Free for members -
Functional Training
Functional training exercises target multiple muscle groups and involve movements that engage your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders. This type of training helps to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve natural movement skills.
When: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Cost: Member - $15 | Non-Member - $18

HITT
HITT (High Interval Training) is a fast-paced functional workout that builds strength, endurance, and power through short, intense intervals.
Each class blends cardio, strength, and core work — inspired by CrossFit principles but designed for everyone.
When: Monday & Wednesday at 11:00 am
Thursday at 6:00 pm

Our personal training sessions provide customized, one-on-one coaching to help you reach your fitness goals with proper technique, motivation, and support.

A partner-based functional workout inspired by CrossFit — but accessible to everyone.
Fun, inclusive, and energetic: perfect for trying something new or bringing a friend.
No experience required — just good vibes and teamwork.
When: Saturday :10:45 am
