Adaptive Functional Training is a customized fitness class focusing on movements that reflect sports and everyday activities. It suits all fitness levels and aims to boost performance, improve movement, and lower injury risk.

Functional Training
Our Functional training class is a balanced mix of strength and conditioning using functional movements and varied formats for total-body fitness.
When: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Cost: Member - $15 | Non-Member - $18

Strong 45
A 45-minute guided strength class focused on building muscle, improving form, and gaining confidence in the weight room. Beginner friendly and structured.
When: Monday (6:00 - 7:00 PM) & Friday (4:30-5:30 PM)

Personal Training
Our personal training sessions provide customized, one-on-one coaching to help you reach your fitness goals with proper technique, motivation, and support.
When: Monday & Wednesday at 12:00 pm

Cardio Burn
A high-energy cardio class designed to improve endurance, burn calories, and boost energy levels in a fun group setting.
When: Monday (7:00 - 8:00 PM) & Tuesday (6:00 - 7:00 PM)
Cost: $15 x session ( members ) $18 x session ( no members )
