Scheduling Courts

GRC is both a tennis club and a tennis academy, offering regularly scheduled programs throughout the year. In light of the upcoming tournament, we are adjusting our programs and accommodating our members as best as possible. To reserve a warm-up court, please make your reservation in person. Courts will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, scheduled in 30-minute increments, and can accommodate up to four players per court. Priority will be given to players scheduled to play that specific day.

Stringing

We have a committed team of stringers available to assist you throughout the event. To get started, please visit the front desk to fill out a racquet stringing form and submit your payment method. It is important to ensure that all racquets are paid for prior to the stringing process. Stringing fee is $25.00 and we will begin stringing them as soon as we receive them.

Practice Balls

To collect your can of balls, please visit our front desk. We will provide you with a can, and to receive your next one, you need to return the can from the previous day.

Shuttle Service

Marriott will offer a shuttle service to and from the hotel, operating on an hourly schedule between the club and the hotel. Please remember to check in with our Player Hospitality Coordinator to secure your spot on the shuttle. She can be reached at +33 6 52 27 10 11 through Whatsapp.
