Adaptive Functional Training is a personalized approach to fitness that emphasizes functional movements, which mimic the activities and demands of sports and everyday life. This training method is adaptable to all fitness levels and is designed to improve overall performance, enhance movement efficiency, and reduce the risk of injury.

A.F.T. Adaptive Functional Training

Functional training exercises often involve large groups of muscles working together and multi-joint movement patterns that use your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders. This can help build strength, improve your range of motion, and relearn natural, mechanically correct movement skills.

Functional Training

This class is specially designed for those new to yoga, so no previous experience is required. People of all ages are welcome. Our certified instructor will be supporting you every step of the way to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.

Class Structure:

Meditation Techniques (5minutes): We begin with a brief introduction to beginner meditation techniques to help you center and focus.

Guided Yoga Postures (45 minutes): The main part of the class includes guided yoga postures that are suitable for beginners, allowing you to explore and enjoy the benefits of yoga.

Savasana (10 minutes): We’ll conclude with a relaxing 10-minute unwind and integrate the practice.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can explore yoga at your own pace.
