A.F.T. Adaptive Functional Training

Adaptive Functional Training is a customized fitness method focusing on movements that reflect sports and everyday activities. It suits all fitness levels and aims to boost performance, improve movement, and lower injury risk. Our programs are taught by certified trainers experienced in sports conditioning and rehabilitation.

Functional Training

Functional training exercises target multiple muscle groups and involve movements that engage your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders. This type of training helps to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve natural movement skills.

  • Beginners: Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Intermediate/Advanced: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Yoga

This class is for beginners, and no prior experience is needed. All ages are welcome. Our certified instructor will guide you to help you feel at ease and confident.

Class Structure:

  • Meditation Techniques (5 minutes): We start with a brief introduction to meditation to help you focus.

  • Guided Yoga Postures (45 minutes): The main part includes simple yoga postures for beginners, letting you experience the benefits of yoga.

  • Savasana (10 minutes): We finish with a relaxing 10-minute period to unwind and reflect on the practice.

Our aim is to provide a welcoming space where you can explore yoga at your own speed.
