    Functional training exercises target multiple muscle groups and involve movements that engage your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders. This type of training helps to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve natural movement skills.

    Beginners: Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Intermediate/Advanced: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Cost: Member - $15 | Non-Member - $18

  • Yoga classes at Giammalva Racquet Club

    Yoga

    This class is for beginners, and no prior experience is needed. All ages are welcome. Our certified instructor will guide you to help you feel at ease and confident.
