FULL - TIME DIRECTOR & TENNIS PROFESSIONAL

Sebastian Santibanez serves as the Full-Time Director at Giammalva Racquet Club & Elite Tennis Academy. He joined the company two months ago, bringing a wealth of experience as a former professional ATP player, achieving a career-high ranking of #733.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics (2016-2019) and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management (2019-2020) from Lamar University. His accolades include being the South American Champion U14 and World Junior Tennis Final Champion U14 in 2010, and winning the Southland Conference Men’s Tennis Championship in 2016, 2017, and 2018. He has competed at the highest level in the German League (2016-2023), secured his first Challenger Tour win and ITF Tour Final in 2021, and achieved his first ATP Top #100 wins in 2023.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE

As Full-Time Director, Sebastian oversees the tennis program, manages daily operations, designs training programs, and coordinates events and tournaments. His professional playing experience enriches his coaching and program management, ensuring high-quality training for all players.

Sebastian enjoys the dynamic and rewarding aspects of his role, primarily the opportunity to impact young athletes’ lives positively.

OUTSIDE WORK

Outside of work, Sebastian spends his time traveling during breaks and cooking different cuisines at home with his wife.

FUTURE GOALS

Sebastian is excited about growing the full-time program, attracting new players worldwide, and supporting the transition of young athletes to higher levels of competition.
