Learning from the Best: GPTCA Mega Course at Giammalva
This past weekend, we had the honor of hosting the GPTCA Mega Course at our club. It was a weekend filled with knowledge, passion, and invaluable insights from some of the tennis world’s most respected figures.
We were privileged to welcome an exceptional lineup of speakers: Fernando Segal, Dominik Hrbaty, Alberto Castellani, Liam Smith, and our very own Victor Piñones and Orlando Hernandez. These experts shared their wealth of experience and expertise with coaches from around the world, all eager to refine their techniques and deepen their understanding of the game.
The weekend covered a range of crucial topics, including:
"My Brain is My Weapon" by Dominik Hrbaty, a powerful session on the mental aspect of tennis
Developing Progressive Drills for Players by Victor Piñones, focused on effective and sustainable training techniques
And many more valuable strategies aimed at advancing coaching skills and player development.
