MEMBERSHIP & ADULT PROGRAMS DIRECTOR
Ernesto Estivariz is the Membership and Adult Programs Director at Giammalva Racquet Club, a role he has excelled in for the past three years. Prior to joining Giammalva, Ernesto served as an assistant coach at his college, bringing valuable coaching experience to his current position.
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Ernesto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has earned GPTCA Level C certification. His educational background, combined with his practical experience, underpins his effective management of membership and adult programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE
• Membership Sales & Management: Responsible for selling memberships and ensuring member satisfaction.
• Adult Programs: Designs and oversees activities, tennis drills, leagues, and tournaments for adult players.
• Pickleball: Teaches and manages pickleball programs, including running pickleball leagues and creating new activities such as ladder leagues, mixers, and bootcamps.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of tournament organization and tennis instruction, with a focus on creating engaging and dynamic adult programs.
